Creating Your BuyFlex Account

  1. Go to the BuyFlex Account Page

    Click the Account icon in the header or visit buyflexbd.com/account directly.

  2. Choose "Create Account"

    Click the Create account tab to switch to the registration form.

  3. Fill in Your Details

    Enter your full name, email address, mobile number (11 digits, e.g. 01XXXXXXXXX), and a secure password.

    Password requirements: At least 8 characters, including both letters and numbers. A strong password is recommended for your security.

  4. Accept Terms & Submit

    Check the box to accept our Terms of Service and click Create account.

  5. You're In

    Once registered, you'll be automatically signed in and redirected to your profile page where you can track orders, manage your cart, and update your details.

Signing In to BuyFlex

  1. Go to Login

    Visit buyflexbd.com/account and ensure the Sign in tab is active.

  2. Enter Credentials

    Enter your registered email or mobile number and your password.

  3. Click Sign In

    You'll be redirected to your profile or the page you were previously trying to access.

Security tip: Never share your BuyFlex password with anyone. BuyFlex staff will never ask for your password or PIN.

Resetting Your BuyFlex Password

If you've forgotten your BuyFlex password, you can reset it in a few simple steps.

  1. Click "Forgot Password?"

    On the login page, click the Forgot password? link below the password field.

  2. Choose Verification Method

    Select whether you want to receive the verification code via Email or Mobile number.

  3. Enter Your Email or Phone

    Type the email address or mobile number associated with your BuyFlex account and click Send Code.

  4. Enter the 6-Digit OTP

    Check your email inbox or SMS for a 6-digit verification code. Enter it in the boxes provided. The code auto-submits once all 6 digits are filled.

    Didn't receive the code? Click Resend code after 30 seconds. Also check your spam folder for emails.

  5. Set a New Password

    Once verified, enter your new password twice to confirm. Make sure it meets the security requirements (8+ characters, letters & numbers).

  6. Sign In Again

    After resetting, you'll be taken back to the login screen. Use your new password to sign in.

How to Make a Payment at BuyFlex

BuyFlex accepts mobile financial services (MFS) for fast and secure payments. Here's how it works:

  1. Add Items to Cart

    Browse our BuyFlex store and add your desired products to the cart.

  2. Proceed to Checkout

    Click the cart icon and then Checkout. Or use the Buy Now button on any product page.

  3. Select Payment Method

    Choose your preferred mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).

  4. Send Money

    Follow the on-screen instructions to send the exact amount to our merchant number using your mobile wallet.

    Important: Use the Send Money option (not Cash Out) to avoid extra charges. The merchant number will be displayed on the payment page.

  5. Enter Transaction Details

    After sending the money, enter your sender mobile number and the Transaction ID (TrxID) from your confirmation SMS.

  6. Submit Payment

    Click Submit payment. Your order will be placed and you'll receive a confirmation receipt with your order ID.

Managing Your BuyFlex Orders

Once you're signed in, visit your profile page to view and manage all your orders.

  1. View Order History

    Go to the Orders History tab to see all your completed purchases.

  2. Check Pending Orders

    The Pending tab shows orders that are awaiting confirmation or delivery.

  3. Buy Again

    Found something you love? Click Buy again on any past order to quickly re-order the same item.

  4. Track Your Cart

    The Cart tab shows items you've added but haven't purchased yet. You can adjust quantities or proceed to payment from here.

  5. Saved Items

    Items you've saved for later appear in the Saved tab. You can move them to your cart anytime.

BuyFlex Order Status Meanings

Fulfilled: Your order has been processed and delivered.

Awaiting: Your payment is being verified or the order is being prepared for shipment.

Cancelled: The order was cancelled either by you or by our team. Any payment will be refunded.

BuyFlex Store Policies

Below are the official policies that apply to all BuyFlex purchases. By ordering from BuyFlex BD you agree to these terms.

1. Return & Refund Policy

BuyFlex offers a 7-day return window from the date of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and free of any damage or odor
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the BuyFlex invoice or order ID

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).

Non-returnable items: Clearance sale items, custom-ordered products, and items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

2. Exchange Policy

If your BuyFlex shoes don't fit, you can exchange them for a different size or color within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

To start an exchange, message BuyFlex on WhatsApp at 01897204672 with your order ID and preferred size/color. We'll arrange a pickup or you can drop the item at our Dhanmondi store.

The first exchange is free. Subsequent exchanges may incur a shipping charge of ৳ 60 (inside Dhaka) or ৳ 120 (outside Dhaka).

3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

BuyFlex delivers to all 64 districts in Bangladesh. Delivery times and charges:

  • Inside Dhaka: 24–48 hours — ৳ 60 (free above ৳ 2,000)
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 business days — ৳ 120 (free above ৳ 3,000)
  • Store pickup: Free from our Dhanmondi flagship store

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days are typically processed the same day. Deliveries are not made on public holidays. If you're unavailable at the delivery address, our courier will attempt redelivery once; further attempts may incur an additional charge.

4. Order Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your BuyFlex order free of charge as long as it hasn't been shipped. Once an order is marked as "Awaiting Pickup" or "Shipped", it can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel, message BuyFlex on WhatsApp within 1 hour of placing the order. If the payment was already made and the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

5. Privacy Policy

BuyFlex respects your privacy. We collect only the information required to process your orders: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and payment transaction ID.

What we never collect: Your bKash/Nagad PIN, bank credentials, or full card numbers. BuyFlex only stores the Transaction ID for payment verification.

Your data is used solely for order fulfillment, delivery, customer support, and (with your consent) occasional promotional updates. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

All traffic to buyflexbd.com is encrypted via HTTPS. Session data is stored in secure, HttpOnly cookies. You may request deletion of your account data anytime by emailing support@buyflexbd.com.

6. Terms of Service

By accessing or ordering from buyflexbd.com, you agree to the following:

  • You will provide accurate registration and delivery information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BuyFlex account credentials.
  • You will not misuse the site for fraudulent activities, abuse, or unauthorized access.
  • All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product photography — is the property of BuyFlex BD and may not be reproduced without permission.
  • BuyFlex reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud, pricing error, or policy violation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.

7. Product Warranty

All BuyFlex footwear comes with a 30-day manufacturing warranty covering defects such as:

  • Sole separation not caused by misuse
  • Stitching failure under normal wear
  • Material defects in the upper or lining

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by water exposure, improper care, or accidents. To claim warranty, contact BuyFlex on WhatsApp with photos of the defect and your order ID.

8. Cookie Policy

BuyFlex uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and preserve your cart between visits. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

By continuing to use buyflexbd.com, you consent to our use of essential cookies. You can clear cookies anytime from your browser settings — this will sign you out and empty your local cart.

BuyFlex Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my BuyFlex payment was successful?

After submitting your payment, you'll see a confirmation screen with your order ID. You'll also receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS. If you don't receive anything within 30 minutes, please contact BuyFlex at 01897204672.

Can I change my BuyFlex order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified directly. However, if it's still in "Pending" status, you can cancel it from your profile and place a new order. For urgent changes, contact BuyFlex on WhatsApp immediately.

What if I entered the wrong Transaction ID?

Don't worry. Contact BuyFlex on WhatsApp at 01897204672 with your order ID and the correct Transaction ID. Our team will manually verify and update your order.

Is my personal information safe with BuyFlex?

Yes. BuyFlex uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We never store your payment PIN or full financial details. See our full Privacy Policy under the Policies tab.

Currently, BuyFlex accepts mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). COD may be available for select areas — please contact BuyFlex on WhatsApp to check availability.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The amount is sent back to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
